Tasked with developing a user experience for a Star Alliance airline in order to solve the issue of deadtime on layovers, I conducted a Google Survey to determine the most common pain points and identified opportunities to improve these issues. I then used those opportunities to design an app for United Airlines that helps users plan out their trip ahead of time and guides them through their layover to relieve stress during their dead time and ensure an efficient trip.
